School-Based Teacher Professional Development Program
Launched in 2014, our School-Based Teacher Professional Development Program is a key element of our commitment to fostering teacher growth and excellence. This ongoing initiative focuses on enhancing educators' skills, supporting their professional development, and ultimately improving student outcomes. Over the years, we have implemented a variety of activities before to address the diverse needs of our teachers:
Such programs empower teachers to identify areas for improvement and develop their instructional strategies. They provide a structured platform for professional growth, enabling educators to address weaknesses and continually enhance their classroom effectiveness. With numerous responsibilities often limiting self-improvement, our professional development program ensures that teachers have the support they need to positively impact student learning and achievement. This year, the school has prioritized and invested in school based TPD this year and school will continue to support and invest in teachers professional development programs for school excellence and growth. This has fostered an environment of continuous improvement. School has explored different ways to prioritize professional development and will provide more TPD opportunities in the upcoming period. We have focused on all the three TPD model and engaged in various TPD activities.
