Examination Committee

The school examination Committee plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations, exerting a profound impact on the over all examination process.This committee helps to uphold the highest standard of fairness, accuracy, and transparency in our examination process.The concerned members are working under the strict instructions of school heads.

• To conduct fair exam
• To prepare the result format.
• To prepare the examination timetable and to release it at least four weeks before the date of the examination.
• To ensure sanity and integrity of the examination by preparing the sitting arrangement of students in a manner that will not compromise the examination.
• To prepare the room attendance sheets to be used for the examination.
• To prepare the attendance sheets for the invigilators and attendants and ensure that all officers on duty endorse the attendance sheets.
• Distribution of question papers and booklets to the invigilators during exam period.Handing over the same to the concerned subject teachers after the exam.
• To report and document all cases of examination malpractices and forward same to the principal office or any other Related Matters.
• To ensure the overall sanity of the examination by moving round the venues allocated for the examinations in order to monitor the processes and conducts of the invigilators and/or the students by the head of the exam committee.
• To oversee the preparation of the examination results report which is to be prepared by the concerned class teachers and verification by the result preparation members
• To report erring invigilator(s) to the principal for further action.
• To carry out all other functions as may be assigned to it by the principal/headmaster.
• To keep inventory of answer booklets ,question papers and results for further reference.

School principal  chairs the committee. School exam committee members proactively and effectively manages the entire aspects  of the examination process.
