“The giving of protection and help and education to the Tibetans in India, 

particularly to the Tibetan children, on all levels of human life, physical, social, 

cultural, religious and spiritual”

In simpler terms THF’s  goal consist of :

a)    To take care of the orphans, semi orphans, and destitute Tibetan refugee children in exile.

b)    To provide such children a home wherein they receive love care and protection as in any normal family life  to enrich their healthy growth in physical, mental and spiritual needs.

c)    To provide the best possible means of a good education so that these children grow up as self reliant and contributing members of our community at large.

d)    To impart and to inculcate the rich traditions, moral values and cultural heritage of Tibet, thus helping to preserve and promote our Tibetan identity, which faces a great danger of being wiped out by the Communist Chinese in Tibet.

e)    To render other social services in the form of support system to children in need, the old and aged Tibetan refugees living in exile.
