The outreach community programme has been a priority as the motto of THF stands to provide care to all those in need. The program has been necessary as there are special needy cases of children and elderlies, who have people to care for them but require monthly assistance in case of children for their education and for elderlies towards their daily needs.   

The program has been running successfully and benefiting a huge number of children and elderlies at far off and near settlements. Under this program we provide monthly stipends, pay school fees of children and provide monthly grants for elderlies.

Apart from the monthly stipend program THF also caters and makes every effort in providing assistance towards different humanitarian services to the community. A major contribution by THF staff members was made during the last disastrous earthquake at Gujarat towards the Chief Minister’s relief fund.

The outreach program has been supporting a total of 318 children and elderlies throughout the different Tibetan settlements in India. The program provides much relief to those who need that little extra support to do well in life. The program works as a life line for children at school and elderlies at home needing that little help.
