Despite resource constraints, THF has been making efforts to provide scholarship for Higher education to the THF wards. Scholarships are given on the merit of academic performance at the exams. Scholarship comprises of tuition fee, stationary, maintenance & clothing allowance, pocket money. Students not qualifying for scholarship for higher studies are provided monetary incentives to pursue vocational trainings. Scholarship program is managed by THF Scholarship Policy Committee and operation of the program is governed by the Scholarship rules and guideline. Aptitude assessments of the students are carried out over a period of time by the Resident School Career Counselor and accordingly career guidance are given. The scholarship program is monitored and evaluated by the Education Officers. Currently, there are about 366 students on the program pursuing higher studies in several colleges, universities, institutes across India.
